Staff Qualification
At The Beautiful Childcare Centre, all staff members are required to hold an Early Childhood Education (ECE) certificate, valid First Aid certification, a physician’s declaration of suitability, a clear Criminal Record Check, and three letters of recommendation. While our team is already highly trained and certified, we place strong emphasis on continuous professional development. Our staff actively participates in workshops and training opportunities to further enhance their knowledge and skills, ensuring the highest quality of care and education for every child.
